I have been working as a Project Manager with Celmark Development since roughly 1999. In that time span, I have been The Project Manager for roughly 30 new construction projects including Day Cares, Surgical Buildings, Luxury Apartments, and others as well as many building renovations and tenant build-outs.
We take delivery deadlines very seriously and we will do everything within our power to ensure that the entire team of design professionals, owner’s consultants and our subcontractors are working effectively to achieve that common goal. Our quality of construction is second to none and we will stay with you long after the project is finished in order to ensure that we can provide the best possible results when your building is in use.
